HeyYa provides AI media generation, editing, conversion, and account services. Generated results depend on user inputs, provider availability, and content policy checks.

We may change, limit, or pause a model or tool when required for safety, legal compliance, reliability, or provider availability.

HeyYa is a hosted creative workspace for end users. We do not sell public API access, resell provider API keys, or give customers direct access to third-party provider credentials.

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, reference media, and downstream use of generated outputs.

Do not upload or generate illegal content, content you do not have rights to process, adult or NSFW content, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, non-consensual intimate material, child sexual abuse material, extremist violence, or deceptive impersonation.

Do not resell, broker, sublicense, share, or expose HeyYa access, API access, provider API keys, generated credentials, or automated access to third-party generation providers.

You retain rights you already hold in your inputs. HeyYa stores account, upload, and generation records to operate the service, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal obligations.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, payment fraud, repeated infringement claims, or attempts to bypass safety systems.
