Refund Policy

Credit purchases may be refunded within 7 days only when the purchased credits have not been consumed.

Refunds are handled manually so we can verify account, billing, and credit-ledger state.

Credits spent on completed generations, failed abuse attempts, or policy-violating requests are not refundable unless required by law.

Subscription fees already charged for an active period are not automatically refunded when you cancel.

You can cancel a subscription from account billing when the billing portal is enabled. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current period.

Chargebacks or disputes may pause generation access while the payment status is reviewed.
