Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to prompts, uploads, reference media, generated outputs, account activity, and any use of HeyYa's AI media tools.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights, consent, and lawful basis required for the material you upload and the outputs you create.

Do not use HeyYa to create, request, upload, or distribute illegal content, fraud, phishing, malware, extremist violence, hate, harassment, or content intended to deceive people.

Adult, NSFW, sexual content, sexually explicit content, sexually suggestive content, sexualized minors, child exploitation material, and non-consensual intimate or exploitative content are prohibited.

Do not create non-consensual deepfakes, impersonations, misleading political, medical, financial, or legal claims, or content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights.

Prompts, uploads, and outputs may be reviewed by automated systems or by authorized reviewers for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, and support.

We may refuse generation, remove content, suspend accounts, terminate access, or deny refunds when this policy is violated.
